000jl started with a straightforward question: why isn't there a proper online casino designed around the way Filipinos actually play? We set out to answer that — and 000jl is the result.
000jl is a Philippines-focused online casino and sports betting platform that was created with one clear purpose: to give Filipino players the online gaming experience they actually deserve. Not a watered-down version of a platform built for some other market. Not a translated interface with payment methods no one in Manila uses. A proper, full-featured casino built specifically around how people in the Philippines play, pay, and win.
The team behind 000jl includes gaming industry professionals, Filipino tech operators, and people who grew up playing casino games — from the slot machines in provincial arcades to sabong arenas in Batangas, to the poker tables in Pasay. That firsthand understanding of what Filipino players actually want shapes every decision we make at 000jl, from the game library we curate to the payment methods we support.
Today, 000jl serves players across Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Cagayan de Oro, and virtually every province in between. Our platform runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with over 1,000 games from the world's leading providers available on any smartphone browser — no app download, no fuss, no friction. Just open the browser, log in, and play.
We operate under PAGCOR-aligned regulatory guidelines, which means the same framework that governs legitimate land-based gaming in the Philippines applies to 000jl. We believe that responsible, transparent gaming is not just a legal requirement — it's the right way to run a platform that people trust with their time and their money.
To provide every Filipino player — from casual bingo fans in Quezon City to serious poker players in BGC — with a safe, fair, and entertaining online gaming experience that fits the way they live. We remove the barriers: no bulky apps, no complicated payment flows, no unclear terms. Just good games and honest payouts, accessible from any device, anywhere in the Philippines.
000jl aims to be the online casino platform that every Filipino player thinks of first — not because of the loudest marketing, but because of the best experience. We envision a future where responsible online gaming is normalized and accessible across all regions of the Philippines, supported by technology that puts player control, security, and fairness at the absolute center of every session.
Fairness is non-negotiable at 000jl — every game runs on independently audited RNG technology and published RTPs. Transparency means we tell you the odds before you spin. Responsibility means we build tools that help you play within your means, not tools designed to extract more. Community means we build 000jl with Filipino players in mind at every decision, not as an afterthought.
These aren't marketing bullet points — they're the actual things our players tell us matter most when they recommend 000jl to their friends and family across the Philippines.
More than 85% of 000jl players access the platform through a smartphone. So instead of bolting on a mobile version, we built the entire 000jl experience mobile-first from day one. The lobby loads fast, the games render cleanly on any screen size, and the touch controls feel natural — whether you're on a budget Android or a flagship Samsung. No app download ever required.
000jl was one of the first online casino platforms in the Philippines to fully integrate GCash and Maya as primary payment methods — not as afterthoughts. Deposits are instant, withdrawals are fast (typically 15–30 minutes for GCash), and the minimum deposit of PHP 100 means any player can start without a large upfront commitment. USDT TRC20 is also supported for crypto users.
Every transaction at 000jl runs over 256-bit SSL encryption. Passwords are hashed — never stored in plain text. Device recognition and OTP verification protect accounts from unauthorized access. Our fraud detection team monitors suspicious patterns 24/7. We take the security of your money and personal information as seriously as you do — maybe more.
The 000jl game library was curated specifically for Filipino player preferences — not copied from a European or American platform. JILI slots dominate because Filipino players love them. Bingo rooms are prominent because bingo is a cultural institution here. Sabong streaming is featured because it's part of Filipino sports culture. The lobby reflects real local taste, not imported assumptions.
Our support team is available around the clock, every day of the year — including Philippine public holidays. Agents respond in both English and Filipino. We understand that issues don't wait for office hours: a failed withdrawal at 2 AM on a Saturday deserves the same quality of response as one at 10 AM on a Tuesday. Live chat connects you to a real person, not a bot script.
Every slot game at 000jl displays its RTP percentage inside the game information panel. We don't hide this information because we believe informed players make better decisions — and better decisions lead to a healthier, more sustainable gaming experience. Certified RNG audits are conducted regularly so you always know the math is honest, full stop.
000jl didn't arrive fully formed overnight. It was built step by step — each milestone shaped by what Filipino players actually told us they needed. Here's the short version of the 000jl story so far.
From the very beginning, the goal was simple: build something that a player in Davao and a player in Manila would both be happy recommending to their barkada. That principle has driven every product decision at 000jl, and it still does today.
000jl launched with a focused library of JILI and PG Soft slot titles, GCash deposit support, and a live chat support team responding in Filipino and English. The initial reception from players in Metro Manila and Cebu exceeded expectations — demand for more game categories came almost immediately.
000jl expanded the lobby significantly, adding a full live dealer section with baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and blackjack running 24/7, alongside dedicated bingo rooms with progressive jackpots. Player accounts from Davao and the Visayas region grew strongly during this phase, confirming that 000jl's appeal was genuinely nationwide.
In response to growing demand from younger Filipino players, 000jl added USDT TRC20 as a deposit and withdrawal option — one of the first Philippine gaming platforms to do so seamlessly. The sports betting section launched covering PBA, NBA, UFC, football, and sabong, bringing 000jl's full-platform vision to life.
000jl now offers over 1,000 games from 20+ providers, serves players in every region of the Philippines, and processes thousands of GCash and Maya transactions daily. The platform continues to grow — new game providers, new promotions, and new features are added regularly based on direct player feedback from our community.
000jl genuinely believes that sustainable gaming culture is good for everyone — players, the platform, and the broader community. These aren't checkbox commitments. They're principles we actively build into the product.
000jl is strictly for players 18 years of age and older. Age is verified during KYC and any account found to belong to a minor is immediately closed. Protecting young people from gambling harm is non-negotiable at 000jl.
Every 000jl account includes a self-managed deposit limit tool. Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap in your account settings and the system enforces it automatically — no workaround possible. This is one of the most effective responsible gaming tools available.
If you need a break from gaming, 000jl's self-exclusion feature lets you lock your own account — temporarily or permanently — from your profile settings. The lock takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the selected cooling-off period. Your wellbeing always comes first.
000jl operates in alignment with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We encourage players who feel their gaming is becoming problematic to reach out to our support team or visit PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources for professional guidance and support.
